“There’s no one path to change. It’s not about me, it’s about what works for you.”
Through collaborative conversations, Adhithi supports clients in identifying what’s important to them and recognizing that they are the experts on their own lives. She invites clients to take a critical look at common social norms and ideas and to explore their relationship to these dominant ideas.
Before becoming a therapist, Adhithi spent over 10 years working in business and technology. She returned to school to complete her graduate studies in Clinical Psychology at Antioch University, where she focused on postmodern, social justice, and collaborative therapies.
Her clinical experience includes working with youth in prisons and LAUSD high schools. Using a narrative approach, she has worked with individual adults, families and couples. At Evo, Adhithi draws from her writing and literature background to support clients as they transform the narratives of their lives.
